Rocky Creek Location

Rocky Creek MapRocky Creek is located about 25 minutes from downtown Austin, Texas. From Austin, take Bee Cave Road or Southwest Parkway west to Hwy 71. Turn right on Hwy 71. At the light at Hamilton Pool Road turn left, then drive about 4.5 miles. Just after Crumley Ranch Road, you can't miss the big tower and sign at the entrance where you will turn left onto Rocky Creek Blvd. Once you enter the community, take Rocky Creek Blvd to Yellow Star Drive. Turn left on Yellow Star, then right on Rush Pea Circle to visit the model homes. Be sure to tell the builders you are working with your Realtor, Michael Reilly, when you visit.

 

 

 


Rocky Creek Homes

Upon completion, Rocky Creek will be home to 392 households. Rocky Creek homes range in price from $350K-$600K and are built by Highland Homes and Drees Homes. Home sites vary in size: 70 foot wide lots are available in the Esperanza section, 80 foot wide lots are available in the Primrose section, and 110 lots are available in the Laurel Oaks section. Other sections are being developed, and three estate sized lots will also come available near the homes in Esperanza.
